The Love of Fit's Journal, 01 April 2014

Thank you all for the feedback on my last entry. It makes every accomplishment that much more meaningful and every hardship that much easier to get back on my feet.

930 - Ran 9 miles! (Haven't done that since the fall, but it did make me extra hungry throughout the day)
1100 - Cheerios and a Banana
230 - PB Banana sandwich and strawberries
500 - Saltine Crackers
700 - Veggie Stir Fry Homemade
800 - Went out for ice cream with friends (small cookies and cream)
1000 - Strawberries and whipped cream

Total: 1903 (which would be unacceptable except I think I was much hungrier due to my run. I know I didn't eat enough during the day to supplement the extra calories which led me to eat so much at night. At least I'm recognizing it now)

wow great job on the running! The important thing is you stayed in control of your eating! You allowed yourself a treat but didn`t go overboard(like I normally do lol) that is great progress!
