silly IT (scale) creeped up again (showed 152). What is that all about? But I'm staying with the Mayo diet woe for now anyway. Day 2 went ok. Basically it is the same everyday Breakfast 1/2 grapefruit or juice, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon & coffee, Lunch 1/2 grapefruit or juice, meat, salad or veggie (just no starch ones), salad dressing. Dinner 1/2 grapefruit or juice, meat, green or red veggie cooked in butter ok, or salad, coffee. Bedtime snack 8oz tomato juice. I feel good and it does allow a variety of food so I think it is healthy. Plus I take vitamins. I just want the weight to go DOWN not creep up! This week is week 2 on temp job which is fulltime right now. I'm tired and again will probably go to sleep early. I don't know if I can continue fulltime but need at least part time temp work.
