Some statistical information:

Beginning weight on 01/03/14 was 218.8 and as of 1/20/14 I am 208.4. Loss of 10.4 pounds.

I am averaging 1048 calories per day.
I am averaging 27.15 fat per day.
I am averaging 68.98 carbohydrates per day.
My net carbohydrates is averaging 46.72 calories since 1/15/2014.
I am drinking more water. I averaging 110 ounces of water since 1/15/2014.

Sleep is improving. I am trying not to drink liquids after 8 PM. I allows to get some uninterrupted sleep.

I have a partner who is supportive and is participating in the same program. She is losing weight and has changed her eating habits.
