Good day so far. Went to the gym for more than 1 hour. Did core and upper body and 25 min on the incline set only at 2 most of the time before I started getting dizzy -- time to quit then. Did some other errands stopped at the local bike shop. I would feel good getting a bike from him..it would be all set up and fitted to me and he'd do free adjustments and minor repairs at no charge for at least 2 years. now to clean my house and put Christmas away, already started taking a short break.. a clean house will make me feel better.
