Tried to sleep late..didn't work woke up as usual after 8 hours tried to get back to sleep. Gave up @ 6:40 let the dogs out and started the coffee. We have 3 different weather fronts coming through in 24 hours ending up with a warm one -- in the 60's tomorrow. Playing havoc with my body. Arthritis, fibro, and pressure change induced migraine not making the morning start easy. Breathing is good so far that's a real plus. Plan is drink my 2 nd cup of coffee, take a shower, get dressed, make my smoothie, and head for the gym. I'll throw some ibuprofen in my bag hopefully exercise will take care of the rocky start to the morning and I won't need it.

Maybe stop at a bike shop on the way home. I'm thinking about a bicycle. Many places that I go could be within reasonable bike range. Might be fun and there are bike trails actually one starts in the park behind my house. Save on gas, good exercise, and there are groups here that do just fun day trips much of the year. Mmm one of my goals for the year is to good enough about myself to start dating--single since 2006. Bout time. Just haven't met anyone interesting. Getting out and doing active things will allow me to meet more people outside of work..I'm rambling but it all ties into getting fit and feeling good about myself.
