Lower carbs and protein over the weekend shows I can get down to 189lbs in the middle of the week if I cut carbs to >30g and protein to >100g.
However, today I will have ribs so protein will be <150g. If I skipped that and stayed constant I am sure I would continue to lose weight. However, during COVID I 'mentally' just-can't-do'that right now.

just want you to know I'm following your fat fasting lead this week and it is working and helping me break a plateau. I'm going to see how long I can keep it up - hopefully to the end of the month.
