Still computer problems. Have stuck to my plan this week. Did have a piece of fudge as we had a food day and i had been craving chocolate tasted good for a bite then waay too sweet. It did fit into my calorie count. Still on ot @work. Will be glad to go back to my normal schedule in dec. the "fluffiness" around my waist is decreasing and my jeans are looser around my thighs. Am finding if i skip a day's workout i'm sore the next day and don't have as much energy. I did skip thurs as i really needed some dinner after work. I went to bed exhausted @ 7 as i had 3 late nites this week.
