Hermiones Mom's Journal, 14 November 2010

I'm sort of proud of myself that I overcame my disappointment today and stuck with my routine, including a trip to Curves and 40 minutes walking with Hermione. Oddly, I was hungry all day today, but I stuck to my calorie count spread across the day, and I'm hoping that the fact that I was hungry was just an indication that I'm burning more calories, and I'm going to drop some weight this week. We'll see.

Diet Calendar Entries for 14 November 2010:
