Only had time to walk for 15 min this am. Nothing seemed to work right. Figured I'd do more after work. Migraine hit part way through the afternoon. not much is helping. Will do extro tomorrow. Sometimes just some magnesium will abate one--not today and 3 kin4ds of OTC meds. Just about time to take some valerian and go to bed.+
