Have you done a side by side nutritional comparison of the lavash against say corn tortious, baked into chips, or pita baked into chips. Just been wondering about that myself. Have to admit I have not eaten lavash. I’ll check this out. If you have already done the 411 on this subject let us know.

Whodis- Valentina is a hot sauce 🤗, kenna- I have not done a side by side nutritional facts. I go with lavash because it is lower carb and high carb counts induce eczema and migraines for me so I try and stay lower carbs if I can. If you do that research and find differently id love to hear about it😝 linedrive-😘, katsolo- this low carb version is a great sub and totally delicious! Liv- you should! They’re so yummy🤤 Jc- thanks friend 💜 shir- thanks friend 🥰

PurpleAsh93– ok. I did the side/side of the three products. The bottom line was that the lavash was the overall winner. They each had a more positive element, but overal the lavash won I think.

Francisca- 1/2 of a lavash flat bread cut into strips and baked 350 just for a couple min until starting to get crispy. Then pull out and add cheese, chopped chicken or whatever meat you’d like (If any), and add any veggies you’d like (I used bell pepper, and olives. I’ve also added in the past onion) and top with a little more cheese. Put back In the oven till cheese is melted (about 5 min) top with sour cream, avocado, and hot sauce if you like. Kenna- greAt! Thanks for doing the side by side! 🤗 Lonnie- thanks friend- it was🤩
