Ingredients- 18 oz cauliflower (approx one head) (I used a 16oz bag of frozen😝), 8 oz cream cheese, 1/3 cup franks red hot sauce, 1/4 ranch dressing, 2 eggs, 8 oz of shredded cheddar (I used a Mexican blend), 12’oz of chicken cooked, and 1 cup chopped celery.

Directions- preheat oven to 350, cut cauliflower florets into bite sized prices, and blanch. (Place In boiling water for 3 min Or steam in microwave until tender), in large bowl: stir together cream cheese, eggs, red hot, and ranch. Add cauliflower, 4oz of cheese, chopped chicken and celery To the cream cheese mixture and toss well until fully coated. Pour into 11x7 casserole dish and top with remaining 4oz of cheese. Bake 30 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Enjoy🤤😍

Dp I got you🤪 the recommended serving is 1/8 of the pan, but I had two servings 😂 so I’ll give the nutrition facts for one serving: calories- 311, fat- 22g, sodium- 781 mg, carbs- 7, fiber- 1.8, sugar- 4, protein- 20! 😉😘
