Read an article this morning that lack of sleep increases salty and sweet snacking cravings during the day. Makes sense, I’ve been sleeping terribly these past couple days.
Got my workout in this morning 💪🏼 going to try and stay active despite this shelter in place- feeling good, and ready to crush this week.
