Fat Burning Pilates DVD - I found muscles that have not been used in awhile, I definately felt some burn! Food plan for the next 3 days is lots of fresh fruit, veggies, and salad. I want to really concentrate on my sodium intake and see if I can get the swelling in my hands and feet to go down.

If you can get that swelling down, your weight will probably go down too, which is always a plus. Good luck!!

Doesn't always feel good when you find some muscles that you haven't worked in a while and you feel that burn...like they say no pain no gain. Great job in keeping up with the workouts!
