Day 220: Well I see how one can get lost so easy. But I have friend that is helping me get back on track so I will not say hopefully but that I know I will be losing and back on track and smaller size soon

It's a lot easier to "lose your way" than "lose your weight". You've show great progress before, and I know you can do it again. I've been right where you are, and it can really be hard to find the right grip again. But once you do, you'll feel so much better, so much more accomplished, and so much happier with yourself.
