Starting my Saturday with a 15 minute yoga session. It's new to me and looks like it will be good for stretching out the body to get a good start on the day. I love youtube videos for exercise, among other things. Here is the link.

Well, back after trying this video. It's harder than it looked. My body said you are not quite up to doing this partway through, due to the SI issue. Finished with another 10 minutes of moves from my back video. I will work on getting there as it seems like a good way to start the day.
