Day 2 of a planned 4 days of ‘no solid food’ fasting
The good news is that I managed to stay on my ‘no solid food fast’. Since I tried to do it on Monday, but quit halfway through the day, I was worried that I would ‘cave’ again. However, having the scale go up by 2 pounds, in addition to 3 pounds from the previous 3 days, provided the ‘motivation’ to stick with it.
I rarely get sick, but I am now sick (sore throat). I blame all the carbs… 😉
