Mi comida. No hay manera que se suba la foto!
Hamburguesa de quinoa y calabacín, brócoli, zanahoria y pimiento. Fuera de foto: pan casero de espelta y semillas de girasol con queso cottage, aceite y sal.

Keyten, I bought the burger in the supermarket and, although delicious, is not as healthy as would seem (too processed), but it's ok for a day when I have no time for cooking. I’ll try to make some at home and inform on the results! 😄

We have “beyond burger”, but I have not tried them yet. I’ve heard exactly what you say: that they seem made with meat. They are quite expensive, though, better for a special day.
