@FullaBella - It does look odd... This restaurant cuts the ribs and serves it to you. Normally they just serve the entire rack and you cut them yourself.

That got the juicers running. Checking time to see if it is meal time. 😜 Reminds me that I did an attempt at having a special meal every Sundays, and eventually failed to keep it up. Nothing wrong with new attempts. Looks delish.
