ok, today is just....ok. BUT I did go workout after work. Didn't really want to but I said to myself, "self, you pass right by the workout anytime gym and you don't have to be home for anything in particular today, and if you just do at least 30 min you will feel so much better, just do it!" And I did, and I do (feel better) but still wasn't much in the mood. I just did the elliptical for 30 min which was what I'm planning on doing on Tue & Thur and work arms on Monday, legs on Wed & torso on Fri maybe taking Sat Sun off or doing things around at home. So far so good, lets keep it up SELF! Anyway, one thing that really bugs me is that now that I am older (65) my weight is just so darn stubborn! I cannot seem to get it down where I want it! AND it is just so so easy to get it UP! I use to be able to keep it around 140 or so, then after kids and other things it just goes up & up and stays there! EEEKKK that is what bugs me, but at least I feel good and even though I can't squeeze into things in my closet I am doing ok, at least for today! Hope all is well in FS Land and take care to ALL :-)
