Yesterday I ate better than the day before but consumed too much of my wife's valentines candy. I actually ate more calories and still had a drop in weight. That leads me to believe some of yesterdays weight gain may have been water, but that is only a guess. The bottom line is that we had lovely day and we had a good time.
Yesterday I ate "Poorly" at 120% of goal, exceeded my protein goal and met all activity goals. BF unchanged and still barely out of range...

Same happened to me, I ate too many chocolates, maybe it's because the Valentine's food go to the heart and soul 😜💕 haha

I agree, I think it is kind of weird too. Sometimes we expect an instant gain or loss but I have learned accept one day at a time. I think it's more about trends...
