Adef, how fast do you run the 5 miles? Or what pace is your heart beat at...70 to 80%? That level burns the Cals.

@srossca - When I weigh less than 170 pounds I can run 5 miles at 7-8 minutes a mile. When I am above 170 pounds I average 8-9 minutes a mile. In December I ran 12 times for a total of 56 miles with an average of 9 minutes a mile. However, my body is very conditioned to the run so my average heart rate this morning during the run was only 155bpm.

@KayBuckaroo - Three days of eating planned starting on Sunday. We have friends visiting from out of town so there will be insane things like Hamburgers and Fries, then dinner with carbs, then desert. Also, @PrincessValerie has a ton of left over Christmas celebration food to eat... Then more the next day... It ends with dinner at my parents house. There may be cake involved. If I 'only' gain 2 pounds a day I will consider myself lucky... - - So yeah 'off the rails' :)

@nikeit - I am looking forward to a 5 day 'no solid food fast' each week, and OMAD on the weekends. By February I could be 10-12 pounds lighter :)

I have been off the wagon for a while now... The 2nd is my restart date too. I’m really looking forward to going back to keto. I need to cleanse myself of all the sugar coursing through my veins!!
