When mine hits 37 I usually come to with EMS standing over me as I have passed out. That is definatly too low.

My levels were 39 few nights ago. Went to bed & woke up couple hours later feeling shaky, sick, & very sleepy. Had to make myself get up and go get some juice & a snack. I'm diabetic & keep my meter close. I carry insulin & I keep a granola bar in my purse for highs & lows.
Please be careful.

3.7 mmol/L (international standard) would still be 66.67 mg/dL (American blood sugar measurement system) and that would still be considered 'low'.

It's low, but there is a margin of error in every measurement. Do you take insulin or type 2 diabetic meds?

I thought maybe I was hypo...when I go through a fasting phase, my last intake of food stops at 9pm so I get up at 7am and this morning was 32 and still have alllll day to fast until 5pm.... I'm gonna see if it goes any lower today...
