You can do this! Don't give in...just think about how sick it would make you to eat all that after a long abstinence! Ew! And you might even get a gallbladder attack from it! Stay busy and drink LOTS of water!

Stay strong! Remember how good it feels to be under 300! I know they smell good, look good and probably taste good BUT the regret and beating yourself up for eating them is NOT WORTH IT! Drink lots and lots of water to help fill up. Hope your night gets better for you!

As a nurse I know it is so easy to just snack like that. And people always bringing in stuff, or drug reps bringing in stuff to the office I worked in. We are busy and focused on others but stay strong. Get a big glass of water, and go see a patient.

You can do it. And you will face this again and again, so this will be good practice...remember all your FS buddies who are doing the same thing.

Don't feel bad by telling your family, 'Thank you, but I can't eat this. I have chosen to change my eating habits and this happens to fall under the old habits list.' If people know you will be happier with a fruit basket instead of a chocolate basket, they will get it for you...because that will make you happy! Hang in there.

I usually just make them laugh by telling them things like: "Oh, thank you so much, but if I ate one I'd have to have two, one for each hip, you know, to keep things even back there." It makes the point, but in a funny way, and they don't usually push:-)
