Went out to eat with family tonight. I didn't do way too bad. I had a salad with chicken tenders and fat free dressing. We went to Logan's Roadhouse. I couldn't resist the temptation of eating the peanuts and had a roll while we waited for dinner. :( I don't cave in for the most part and when I do I'm always beating myself up after.
