yep as an occasional treat it is nice to be able to add a little. I still don't tolerate the garlic and onion my husband adds to the fried potatoes but mashed are just fine!

Aww man you can eat potatoes... might be worth it to go off Keto on really bad days. Maybe it will help with the terrible cramping you experience

I am not supposed to eat potatoes on my 30 days of beef and water, but I am not supposed to drink coffee either. I am just delaying things. But it is nice I don't seem to have trouble with potatoes allergy wise.
I am just bored with no exercise and eating and drinking things I should not have while I have been waiting to start back.

allergies and food sensitivities are similar defense system attacks what is not wanted in the body. I have always disliked eating veggies and never been big into eating a lot of healthy foods. Healthy foods always seem to trigger bad responses in my diet. I know better but I tried and this is what happened, overload of response that needs to calm down. I would be much better off only eating meat to be honest about it. Which is what I am doing now other than my abuse of having coffee which I know I should not have.

I can only imagine how boring just eating meat can be 😕 Hang in there! Coffee is just sooo good I don’t know if I’d be able to go with out it for very long. Have you tried eating coffee flavored candy? I wonder if they make them sugar free...

I actually prefer meat, some people really love their veggies but I have never been one. Now chocolate fudge ice cream is a whole different matter. LOL!
I have my 5 hour energy and that works for the coffee replacement to avoid the caffeine withdrawal. I am starting that back today!

😂😂😂 I hear ya!! I just didn’t eat enough chocolate while I was off keto 😉 If the caffeine is what you miss the most you might want to try Yerba mate tea. They say it has the same effects as coffee but with more focus. I have it mint didnt really like the flavor enough to drink it

I have problems with any tea, I have some kick butt tea, high caffeine but it effects me badly. the 5 hour is no problem for what ever reason so I use that. and yes I miss the heat in the morning but exercise will take care of that for me.

CB it is expensive but when you go to a wholesale club and save tons of money buying in bulk, it actually is not as expensive as you think. I don't eat veggies so don't buy much my husband loves his broccoli I don't drink soda's any more so that is a big savings as I used to go through 3 to 4 8 packs of diet a week. grocery bill goes down for our regular stuff and I loaded up at Sam's club. just meat is also a lot of fat, a lot!
