Today's Plan:
OMAD (One Meal A Day) Eating window 5:00pm-8:00pm 100+ net carbs
Today is a lifting day, So I will 'carb up' (going to have a Big Mac, yay!).
I'm not gonna lie, it is hard mentally to gain weight. However, I set a hard limit. When I hit 180lbs. I will fast until I get back down to 160lbs.
If this works, and I build muscle, I will do it again, if it doesn't, I will just eat low carb (Keto) and continue to lift.
