This is how you run *your* own numbers... For example, I just examined a 11 day period at the beginning of July, I took in an average of 80 carbs a day! I gained 4 pounds. On every day but one I had a calorie deficit and for the entire period I averaged a 1500 calorie a day deficit. This is what made me drop my carbs to <10 a day when 'liquid fasting' (keep in mind I *still* take in 600+ calories a day when 'liquid fasting') and allowed me to drop 18lbs in the past 26 days.
