This has been a really hard week. My best friend that lives here in town with me had to quickly pick herself and her 5 kids up and moved back with her parents because of her @$%& bag husband. I was very upset so I hardly worked out and was too busy helping her out to keep track of what I ate. I know I ate over my calories, but I weighed my self today and I didn't lose any weight but I didn't gain any either so I am proud of that. I did find out that I am getting my surgery on the 29th of this month and my mother in law is coming in to help me out because my husband is going to be gone on training. I am in my pre op diet now, and it is really screwing with my calories because there is very little I am allowed to eat. So I will just have to do my best.
