Changed my usual weigh-in report to Sundays since doing it daily was getting depressing. However, since this is the lowest weight I've measured in at in maybe two years, I am super excited. My wife and I are moving into a new house, so I've taken to doing all the "grunt work" and with the place being two stories, looks like it is paying off. Hopefully this will be the start of thr exercise boost I needed to implement to push my weight loss to the next step beyond a solid diet. Huzzah!
