Very much down with a bad cold and very crazy not to skip my running, though I could only do 3km today. Hope the result will show in the next couple of days.

My New Individual Record after 14 years: 90-min running on the treadmill -> distance covered: 8.5 km, speed: ranging from 5.1 and 6.5 km/hour. I'm proud I could reach that level with my 86 kg weight after so many years of doing almost no jogging. My longest one was in 2005 when I was able to run 12 km in less then 74 mins. Compared to that, my present result is far from my desired goal, though I'm glad I could finally get out of my comfort zone again.
