Hi - fatsecret is really a help. Weight loss is really slow going. Only lost a pound this first week but if i can keep up a pound a week weight loss i'll eventually get there. This IS a challenge but think how good we'll feel with our success! I'm trying to feel that way every week no matter how small the weight loss.

New Year New Challenge
Trying to ward off the probability of becoming a diabetic (i'm close). This no snack challenge should get me headed in the right direction - along with low carbs an weight loss.
