That girl in yoga never sweats, that guy can squat so much more than me, my co-worker just started dieting and is already down a pant size. This game of you versus I is not only unhealthy, but it's frustrating and detrimental to your own success in the long run. You are your own person with your own strengths and weaknesses, which means that what works for the woman two treadmills over won't necessarily work for you, and vice versa. Look at another's success, not as a threat to your own, but as their hooray moment and nothing more!
