I know that my goal of 29 pounds isn't a lot, and I've come a long way from my 180 plus pounds, but the last few pounds is still important. I've always struggled with self esteem and continue to see myself as "fat." I know that no matter how thin I am, I still have to change the way I see MYSELF and not just my body. I guess my real goal should be to be able to see my beauty and not just numbers on a scale.
