I need some ideas please.
Strength training is the best way to start to get rid of the flab. It will help speed your metabolism and help you lose less muscle and more fat as you continue to lose weight. You can do body weight exercises like pushups and squats as well as lifting weights that are at least heavy enough to provide a challenge.
