so far in about two weeks I'm down 3.2 lbs. from my starting weight. Not bad. As long as I keep up being more active even in the winter I should be able to get down to the weight I'd like to be and stay there.

Even though I'm taking in more calories than i'm supposed to every day i'm still burning off more than i'm taking in. My biggest problem when it comes to losing weight is going to be that i like to eat a good meal. Since I work nights mostly (till 10pm) I'm making breakfast and lunch my biggest meals with a light dinner (lunch break at work) so I'm using most of my calories while i'm the most active.

Using a new scale found out my starting weight was wrong my new starting weight is 247.4 lbs. So it will be interestng to see how well I do as I go.
