Time for a WOOSH! Took a few days but I made it! Time to stay under 300. No more gaining it back. Thanks for everyone's encouragement. @skydiverjim your turn to rock it buddy!

Hi everyone! Getting closer to that 299. I am determined not to go above 300 again when I get there! I'm not feeling going to the gym today but I need to go. So I will work it out with myself and go this afternoon! Maybe I will feel like it after I eat a little bit. I am finishing off a 42 hour fast at 11:30 AM EST.
I hope everyone has a great day. I am going to peruse the community and see what you are all up to today! Never give up your goals and dreams. :)

Hi everyone - Just trying to keep my nose to the grindstone and keep focused on my fasting protocol. I decided to do rolling 42s - fast 42 hours - eat 2 meals - continuously. I tried switching to two 48s but I didn't lose weight as fast.
The good thing is my fasting blood sugar was 111 this morning which is still too high but headed in the right direction. It will take a long time to get down below 100 in the morning.
I belong to a subscription website The Fasting Method. I like it because it teaches fasting and has all kinds of support groups so you can talk about emotional eating, women's issues, diabetes, etc. I cancelled Netflix and Hulu to join and it and Planet Fitness. Worth every penny.
Well, I am going to see what you guys are up to now. Have a great day and NEVER GIVE UP!
