I am so proud of myself this week for my accomplishment.
I have dropped weight again.
I did the whole bloodtesting thing. The result is that everything is good.
My thyroids, my kidneys, my liver and the most important thing: my cholesterol is 5.7.
For the last 10 years my cholesterol was up everytime I have tested, that is 2 or 3 times a year. The last time it was 14.
I am so glad that this system of healthy eating is helping indeed.
I don't consider what I am doing a diet, but living a healthier live. My lifestyle has changed for the better. Specially my eating habits. I now eat much healthier.
I have someon cooking my lunch and dinner for me. This chef checkes the amount of salt and cholesterol in th food he prepares. That is because of my hight blood pressure and high cholesterol. I am very pleased to say that this is working very good for me. Specially the portion size of the food I eat. In the weekend I still struggle, because I have to eat food made at home. It is difficult to keep track of the calories, etc. when enjoying with family.
This was a good week.
