I did ok yesterday. I went over my planned calories, but that is ok since I set them fairly low for my size and gender. We had ice in Dallas Wed and Thur that kept me in the house and out of my routine. Today, Friday, I am back at my office and hopefully back to my routine.

P.S. Well, I had an awesome salad for lunch from Salad and Go. I love just oil and vinegar so that is what I ordered. Didn't pay attention I just dumped it in my salad. After lunch, I went to the website; the oil pack was 2 ounces = 477 calories. Oh well, we live and we learn. At least it was not total trash calories.

Tonight I've Decided
I decided tonight to start again. I won't go as militant as I did 7 years ago. That worked to reach a goal, an end point. when I reached it I was "done". We are never done - this has to be a lifetime change, not a sprint to a finish. I have one of the most special people in the world doing it with me, so I hope that will give me the will power to CHANGE
