Started weight training yesterday. Was a wonderful feeling. I trained with a trainer for an hour, then went off to the pool.

I didn't lose, but I didn't gain either, so that is a good thing. I figured after the first month fast loss, that it would slow up. Not discouraged. I am still one dress size smaller. That's all that matters to me.

Back to losing weight. Went to the gym yesterday and worked out in the pool for an hour. I signed up for 4 sessions with a personal trainer. My first session is Tuesday.

I gave in yesterday, eating more sugar and carbs than I should have. So up the weight it goes. But, today is a new day, when you fall, you get back up and try again.
