I feel skinnier, moved down a belt hole in the right direction, averaged 1813 calories last week and even walked 12153 steps one day but still I gain 1.5 pounds. I must have drank a lot of liquids last week that retained those irresistible home made office cake slices. The Office won last week. I fight the Office better this week, I promise.

Hit my calorie goal today. yay under a thousand. This will make up for that bottle of wine I had yesterday. never give up.

it's hard staying under a thousand calories. If I had it set to 1100 so I would probably be saying it's hard to stay under 1100 calories if I hadn't lowered it to 1,000 calories guess it really doesn't matter what the number is it's hard changing old habits.
