Been on a self made diet for a few weeks now. It's doing alright to maintain my weight.
Diet is alternating between a vegetarian diet and a meat diet during the week. Weekend tends to get messed up as we visit friends and family and can't control as much.
Started Tabata training this week and feel great after it. Highly recommended. :)
