I am a mother of four boys, who are all adults now, but still my children. I am a Principal at a public alternative school for students in grades 6 - 12. Approximately eight years ago, I successfully lost 75 pounds through diet and exercise. However, after moving from the classroom to an administrative role, and then with the pandemic keeping everyone at home, my weight has increased to the point I am uncomfortable in my own skin.

Fat Secret Premium
Hi everyone,

I recently joined and using the App for Android signed up for the Premium so I can access the Meal Planning. However, it is hard to use on the phone, and I do not know how to access it on the laptop. Can anyone tell me where the meal plans are located?

what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
I'm 5'3" and my current weight goal is 140, because from past history I know that is attainable. After I reach that goal, I will consider how I feel from a health aspect, and determine whether I need to set a new goal of 120.
