95 pounds down from my highest weight ...WOW! 235 pounds is still a big number! Can't wait to be 199.anything.Keep on keep on. See you in a bit!

A few more pounds down...YES! Doing well and enjoying the yardwork and pool 'til I injured my foot...stepped on a wire from the fencing - yes,I had my flipflops on while checking on seedlings after my swim. Almost ready to get back at it. Can't keep a good woman down long! KOKO!

Oh, Yeah! Dropping some more fat...Enjoying my food but enjoying most the lack of carb appetite. The weather is so nice. Working in yard daily and swimming too! This is my time of year. I'm doing things right!
