This is my dinner. smoked pork steak, spinach, miracle noodles, romaine and cucumber salad with ACV. 287 calories 8 carbs.

I'll take it. pants are getting loose, bra is fitting more comfortably. And I'm not hungry and have no cravings.

started into the next phase yesterday. the out come not good. we have to play around with the food choices on this level, add back slowly. I had bacon yesterday to soon. can't give up.

Well my HCG pellets are working. Nothing that I use to not be able to resist, doesn't seem to be a problem any more. We had breakfast at church this morning.
I made cinnamon buns, and I did not touch. I took strawberries, I made a spinach cheese bacon quiche, and a cheese bacon quiche. What did I eat?
I had 6 strawberries and 2 bites of spinach bacon quiche. That is good, because I am a donut and pastry freak and there was plenty of that there. Biscuits and gravy, hashbrown casserole, sausage balls etc. I won the battle. Tomorrow will be my week 3 on HCG. as of this morning I am down 11 lbs. I am happy with this.
