Inaccurate body fat percentage from body composition scale: 5.7 %
Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.3 cm
This higher weight is persisting but it can't last forever lol :) The body fat percentage reading, although obviously wrong, is always good to see heheheh.

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79.5 cm (big jump in the wrong direction but probably not fat)

Yesterday I did my full exercise routine. It was shoulder and abs day, then I did day 22 of the Ab Massacre :) Then indoor cycling (was feeling pretty energetic).
Today though, I skipped exercise because of convenience. I will resume again tomorrow :)
I was looking for an explanation for the increased weight and, there is actually a possible reason. I didn't sleep a lot. So I'm hoping that is the reason for these numbers heheh.

Inaccurate waist measurement across navel: 79 cm
Yesterday I did the 21st day of the Ab Massacre heheh. The number of crunches as this point is crazy! lol But I definitely notice an improvement doing them and, also, I definitely notice their effect on my waist :)
edit: It was also "Back, Biceps and Forearm" day (pull-ups/ Good Morning Exercise/ Shrugs/ Arm Curls/ and Forearm "Squeezes") :)
Today is "Shoulder and Abs" day ( (Seated Bent Over Raises/ Barbell Upright Rows/ Arnold Press/ Crunches/ Leg Raises/ Plank/ I will probably replace leg raises for hanging leg raises when the Ab Massacre ends heheh).

The weight went up a little, not bad :)

Wow! Quite a surprise! :)

I have spent these last two days away from home. Unfortunately, I have broken my long sweet ban (hope it was a one time deal). I was hungry, with friends and just gave in when I was "hit" by those smells at the grocery store and I bought some cakes and an Ice tea to go with it. The good news is that it didn't taste as good as I was expecting. The expectation was really much better than reality, which I'm definitely grateful for. As a result, I got almost immediate intestinal commotion. My guts were probably not used to those amounts of sugar or just refined sugar itself and I spent one afternoon constantly going to the bathroom lol... When I got home, I slept a lot! And, when I woke up, after many many hours (much more than 8), these were the readings lol. I will keep my resolution to maintain my ban on sweets and hope this experience served to strengthen it rather than weaken it :) I hope everyone is doing fine!

edit: Today I literally forgot exercise in the morning. I was busy doing some stuff and just didn't remember heheh. But I will still do it! :)
