Y'all check out this raspberry bread. Was supposed to be cranberries but couldn't find any. This bread is amazing. Made with coconut oil and flour, baking powder, eggs, and raspberry. It's great. Better than I thought it would be.

We are all in this together. I'm glad I got back to logging my meals. But like I've told myself in the past, it's one meal at a time, one day at a time. One step at a time. We've got this. It's just one hurdle to get past. It's not a sprint but a marathon. We learn as we go and we can't beat ourselves up about it if we make one little mistake. I've got 2 hours and 15 min of work left then off to the house to make chili. Hubby isn't feeling good so I might make him something else if he wishes. Just hope he gets to feeling better. Work today is pretty slow so I decided to jump on the internet to look up some more recipes to help maximize our (hubby and me) eating menu. Got to looking at some of Elana's pantry. She has some amazing recipes. Not only does she have dinner recipes she also has dessert and drinks and stuff for holidays. Seems like she has it all. Of course I got recipes from other sites too but her website is amazing and I got quite a few things. I especially looked he's at the desserts as hubby has a bit of a sweet tooth and as long as I can keep some stuff that is healthy In the house he'll eat the other stuff. He has said what an amazing taste each meal I've made is but also I'd like to get used to putting enough seasonings in the meals lol

I am so happy to record this number. Wasn't gonna weigh but pushed myself to do it anyways. Glad I did. 196.2 to 193. Loving this scale moving while eating good food. Can't believe how full I get before even making the 1,000 calorie mark.

It's like damned if I do damned if I don't. If I try to eat healthy and be on a lifestyle to healthy eating it's like well that won't last and if you get pregnant you won't be able to eat that way because the baby needs nutrients. And if I don't eat healthy they are continually telling me how fat I am and how much I need to lose weight. Like shit why can't you just be happy for me. Don't cook for me cause your gonna mess it up. And don't tell me how I'm supposed to eat. Like geez. What's the difference between the two. What do you want me to do. Again I'm damned if I do damned if I don't here. Friggin ridiculous. Sorry for the little rant just tired of people telling me what I should eat and how and then telling me I'm fat. I'm like I know I'm fat. I'm trying to take care of that.
