I have just been told I have to take it easy. I fell a few weeks ago and have been in pain. found out I ha e a spine injury now. but I am going to keep losing weight. I have to get healthy

does anyone know how I can change the type of diet I am on. I am wanting it to show the correct Marcos. I am trying to go low carb and high protien
