Today I did a turkey wrap. I took my turkey and put bacon, lettuce and I mixed mayo with ranch season ( was not even a tsp) and wrapped it up. I made two. I brought a hard boil egg with me. This eating bacon and eggs is not sitting well with me. I still keep thinking that this can not be healthy but I read and everything says that this is ok. I think tomorrow i will skip the bacon. We did a family event this weekend and we stopped at Long Horns for dinner. I was thinking i am in so much trouble. But i was surprised what i ate and what my carb count ended up being. I never should have had the bread. But it is ok I tell myself. Just no more!
Sitting at my desk is the hardest for me. Even though I have so much work I feel the need to snack. I found a ginger candy in my draw and after looking up the carbs and sugars i put that bad candy in the garbage. That is a huge plus for me. Sugar addict here!
Water is my weakness. I must just keep making myself drink it! aggghhhh!
