Well I tried every thing i could think of to avoid this cold but it has hit me hard. My head is so full that if i got kidnapped and they gagged me i would die from not being able to breath.
I have totally blown my low carb. I have had so many sugar free cough drops. Nyquil and dayquil that i just have giving up even trying to track this. For one i just have the energy to get myself to work. I am eating low carb foods though. I just need a few days to get over this hump and get my head cleared than I will be fine.
Hey the one good thing i am drinking gallon or more of water a day. So that is a plus.
I am not giving up on myself I am just putting my energy to getting better.
Drinking tea with natural honey. All will be good.

Today during work it was terrible I did not have any time. So I missed lunch not good. I think I only drank two bottles of 8 ounce water. I did wake up in the morning with a scratchy throat so I had some tea, Which I might add I do not like, and I put some natural honey in it. The honey comes from our own bees. We have a man that puts his bees on our land for years. Hopefully tomorrow morning I wake up and not feel sick. Everyone around me is getting a head cold or some type of bug. We’ll see what tomorrow brings. My goal for tomorrow is to consume more water and yes I will try to make it a steady pace.

Today I did a turkey wrap. I took my turkey and put bacon, lettuce and I mixed mayo with ranch season ( was not even a tsp) and wrapped it up. I made two. I brought a hard boil egg with me. This eating bacon and eggs is not sitting well with me. I still keep thinking that this can not be healthy but I read and everything says that this is ok. I think tomorrow i will skip the bacon. We did a family event this weekend and we stopped at Long Horns for dinner. I was thinking i am in so much trouble. But i was surprised what i ate and what my carb count ended up being. I never should have had the bread. But it is ok I tell myself. Just no more!
Sitting at my desk is the hardest for me. Even though I have so much work I feel the need to snack. I found a ginger candy in my draw and after looking up the carbs and sugars i put that bad candy in the garbage. That is a huge plus for me. Sugar addict here!
Water is my weakness. I must just keep making myself drink it! aggghhhh!
