Wow! I'm so happy with my weightloss. I'm not following any diet - well, I am - it's called "The Break Up Diet" :) I broke up with my ex a while back and since then, I've just been melting away the pounds. I think the fact that I don't cook for two people anymore means that I simply eat less than I used to.. and I've revved up my work outs - I've been jogging and sprinting for a few months.. ran my fastest mile EVER (8:45) the other day. I used to be happy to run a mile in under 12 minutes..

I eat whatever I want, but I only eat when I want. So I often skip breakfast because I'm not hungry. I'll eat a hearty, healthy, low fat lunch and a light dinner. I generally don't snack in the middle of the day like I used to, but I might snack a few nights a week. I do go out at least once or twice a week for drinks and appetizers with friends.. I had buffalo wings, beer and a cocktail last night - still lost two lbs that day.

I feel wonderful.
