I started on this weight loss journey almost by accident. I had recently quit smoking cigarettes and was noticing all sorts of issues with acid reflux and also throat pain. I began eating differently and less and also had to give up my daily 3 cups (or more) of coffee. I decided that, what the heck, if I can give up a more than 20 year habit of smoking and my addiction to coffee, I should be able to give up my sugary iced tea and lose some weight. So I did :)
